Refund Policy 

Should you receive a damaged product or incorrect product, please kindly contact us at info[at]hashtag65.sg immediately and attach photos of the product. We will review your case and should the defect be verified, we will ship a new product or refund the full amount to you. Please note that the refund policy does not apply to items on sale and disputes cannot be raised 30 days after you received the product. 

Please ensure sizing are correct and you have included all Information in your address including your UNIT No. Our return policy do not cover buyer’s remorse or incorrect address entered by users. The responsibility to correct order information and any corresponding fees will be borne by the customer.

Return Policy

Please note that products cannot be returned and orders cannot be cancelled as each order is made after purchase in order to reduce waste and to be in line with our efforts to be substainable. Please refer to the size charts provided for sizing info.

Shipping Information

Our products (unless stated otherwise) are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you from our production facilities, especially those that are overseas. Our products will reach you within 9 to 12 working days.
